Legal Secretary – Conveyancing
Location: Flintshire
Salary: Up to £17,500 DOE

Kingsley Associates are working with a highly successful, industry leading Property Developers with an outstanding reputation who have an exciting new position in their In-house Legal team.
They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support the conveyancer in the department to ensure all secretarial duties are performed effectively and efficiently.
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced secretary
- Knowledge of conveyancing
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Excellent IT skills and typing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, E-mail and audio typing
About the role
The successful candidate will be required to provide full secretarial support to a conveyancer and other members of the busy, lively legal team. This will include:
- File handling
- Handling all phone calls and mail
- Document production / form filing
- Typing, including legal reports
- Any tasks assigned by the department
