JOB: Associate Planning Director

Position: Associate Planning Director
Details: Pegasus Group is looking for an experienced Associate Planning Director to join the successful planning team based at our Manchester office. This busy office is expanding and has a wide range of clients that need the care and attention of a skilled Associate.
The role requires someone who is capable of maintaining the highest standards of client care as well as the ability to win new business. In addition to business development, you will also be required to assist in the day to day management of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of complex projects for a range of blue chip clients as well as local landowners, retailers, developers and local authorities. The position requires someone capable of taking a lead role on planning applications, appeals and site promotions. You will also be required to manage both the project team within the office as well as the consultant team. As such, excellent communication skills are an essential requirement for the role.
You will have a minimum of 7 years' experience and be a Chartered Member of the RTPI. Previous private consultancy experience is desirable but not essential.
