JB Leitch hires senior property litigation lawyer

Liverpool-based property solicitor JB Leitch has hired Sarah Hall from DWF as senior associate.

Hall joins an office of 140 staff at JB Leitch, which specialises in property management law. She will focus on technical and complex cases, primarily specialising in commercial and mixed use property litigation matters on behalf of institutional landlords and asset managers.

Hall advises across a full spectrum of property litigation matters, dealing with disputes arising from property management, arrears, breach of covenant, service charge disputes, dilapidations, boundary disputes, rights of way, trespass, nuisance and property damage.

Hall said: “This is an exciting time to join a practice that is already well established in the sector and boasts a strong litigation presence. My appointment will supplement existing experience, adding capacity to our offering and ultimately provide our commercial clients even further value.”
