Insurer agrees pre-let

TSG Property Consultants has advised Oswestry-based Practice Plan on a 19,156 sq ft office pre-let.
Practice Plan, a dental insurance provider, took a pre-let on newly created office space at McLaren House in the town. The landlord is local developer-contractor Gino Paletta.
The locally based business relocated from nearby, and committed to a 10-year lease in the newly completed premises on Goodwin Road.
