Hyde employment site traded for £1.9m

Advised by Davies Harrison, package supplier Invopak has acquired the 58,000 sq ft Frederick House on Dukinfield Road from M7 Real Estate.
The two-storey property has changed hands for £1.85m after Invopak stepped up the search for its second site in the area; the company already operates from a base in Hyde. The building includes 20,000 sq ft of offices along with warehousing and occupies a 3.4 acre plot.
Rick Davies of Davies Harrison says: “Invopak was keen to remain close to existing premises and we were especially pleased to be able to agree a £900,000 reduction from the initial agreed price of £2.75 million reduction due to the dilapidations survey that we carried out.”
Colliers acted for M7 on the deal.
