Howlynn sells in Swinton

Howlynn Properties, advised by DTZ, sold an industrial unit on Wardley Industrial Estate in Swinton for £660,000.

Plastic parts manufacturer Maceplast UK bought the building on Moorside Road, which comprises 9,868 sq ft.

Alex Smylie, industrial senior surveyor at DTZ, commented: "Despite the tough market conditions this demonstrates that there is still a demand from occupiers for sensibly priced property."
