How secures change-of-use approval for Regatta HQ

How Planning has been granted consent on behalf of the clothing group for its new 60,000 sq ft base in Trafford Park.

The plans will transform Regatta's existing storage and distribution facility into a modern headquarters.

Elizabeth McFadyean, planner at HOW Planning, said: "This is a great result which will see the conversion of Regatta's existing warehouse facility into a unique and bespoke business space, providing 21st century office accommodation out of 20th century industrial space."

Regatta has been operating within Trafford Park for over 30 years and the new development aims to accommodate its ambitious growth plans and aspirations for the future, whilst ensuring minimal distraction to its existing workforce.

Manchester based Fletcher Rae Architects designed the new accommodation.
