Hammond Trade Centre fully let

Two tenants have agreed deals on 30,000 sq ft of warehouse space at Hammond Trade Centre, within Stockport’s Whitehill Trading Estate.

The Reclaimed Flooring Company, a family business founded in Stockport, has outgrown its existing premises at Gorsey Mount Street and so relocated to the Hammond Trade Centre, taking a 15,000 sq ft unit on a five-year lease for use as a workshop.

Boole’s Tools & Pipe Fittings, part of the Grafton Group, has also agreed a five year lease on the last 15,000 sq ft unit, which is opposite the company’s current headquarters in Haigh Avenue.

Boole’s supplies a range of tubes, valves, flanges and allied pipeline products.

Hammond Trade Centre totals 70,000 sq ft.

Quoting rent is around £2.50/sq ft.

TFC and Davies Harrison acted for the landlord, a private investor.

The tenants were unrepresented.
