Go-ahead for Crewe business park

Hawkstone has gained outline planning permission to build a 200,000 sq ft business park to the east of Crewe.

Crewe Green will include office buildings ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft. The first 50,000 sq ft phase will be built speculatively, and will start on site in the New Year, pending detailed planning permission.

West Midlands-based Hawkstone paid £3m for the land, financed by Dunbar Bank. Savills and Harris Lamb advised Hawkstone.
