Glenbrook adds to project management team
Property developer and investor Glenbrook has appointed Daniel Roberts as senior project manager to help oversee some of its key schemes including its 270-apartment development at Erie Basin in Salford Quays.
Roberts joins from Select Property where he spent around two-and-a-half years as a development manager. Prior to this he spent four years with consultant Rider Levett Bucknall as a project manager, based in the firm’s Manchester office.
In his new role, Roberts will work with projects director Stuart McCrone on the management and delivery of Glenbrook projects including Erie Basin and The Trilogy, a 232-apartment project currently being delivered by contractor Graham in Castlefield, Manchester.
McCrone said: “With over 2,000 apartments now on site or in design and actively looking for more development opportunities around the country, it is imperative that we have a strong team with the ability to manage and deliver complex projects. Already at a senior level, Daniel is a great addition to the Glenbrook team.”
Earlier this month, Glenbrook’s Mike Shaw left the company to join fellow developer Novo, based in Altrincham as an associate development manager.
