Fox Strategic submits proposals in Preston

Fox Strategic Land & Property, part of the Congleton-based Gladman Group, has submitted plans for a mixed use development in Longridge, Preston.
The developer's scheme includes 200 houses, 10,000 sq ft of office space, a fitness facility, swimming pool, and 3.2 acres of open public space, on a site located on Whittingham Road.
Preston City Council is holding a planning committee meeting on 14 July to discuss the application.
