Fishwick joins APAM

APAM, the real estate asset and investment manager, has grown its property management capability in the region with the appointment of Jacqui Fishwick.

Fishwick joins APAM’s Manchester office, located in Trafford Park, as property manager and brings more than 10 years of experience to the job, most recently as portfolio manager at healthcare developer and investor Assura, where she spent around six years. Prior to that, she worked for Langtree.

In her role at APAM, Fishwick will be responsible for the efficient management of properties and portfolios, maximising their potential to deliver optimum returns.
