F&C’s Stockport industrial estate fully let

F&C Asset Management, advised by Davies Harrison, has let a 6,224 sq ft unit on Cromwell Road Trading Estate in Bredbury to Euro Car Parts.

Euro Car Parts will pay £27,500 a year on a ten-year lease for the refurbished unit, overlooking the M60.

Davies Harrison said this latest letting means that the estate is now fully occupied.
