Edward Symmons to sell abandoned Baltic site
Edward Symmons has been appointed as receiver to sell a development site with permission for 60 flats in the Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool.
The site on the corner of St James Street and Jamaica Street covers 0.35 acres and, in addition to the apartments, has consent for a retail unit and 56 parking spaces. The scheme would total 46,480 sq ft if built.
However, Paul Parker at Edward Symmons in Liverpool, said the site would lend itself to a short term lease for use as a car park surrounded by advertising hoardings.
The freehold and long leasehold is priced at offers around £750,000.
