Duchy buys in Wardley
The Duchy of Lancaster has acquired Wardley Industrial Estate in Salford from Aberdeen Asset Management for £5.17m.
The site, which is located on the A580 main link road between Liverpool and Manchester, extends to 6.8-acres.
The plot includes a distribution warehouse of around 105,450 sq ft, alongside three trade-counter units totalling 30,000 sq ft. The units are fully let to Clipper Logistics, Design 2 Fit and Armordor.

The high demand for conveniently located, purpose-built warehouses continues across the country, driven by the flexible accommodation they offer. We are pleased to add this to our growing portfolio and will continue to invest in high quality industrial/warehouse properties wherever we believe that our active management can deliver significant value.”
