Double letting at Deeside Industrial Park

Bevie Partners and Salamander Solutions have expanded their presence at the now fully let Flintshire estate.

Bevie has moved from its existing 25,500 sq ft unit at Deeside Industrial Park, signing a 10-year lease on a new 27,300 sq ft warehouse.

Salamander Solutions has replaced Bevie in its former 25,500 sq ft unit. The heat technology company will now occupy this warehouse in addition to its current space next door.

All three of these units are situated within the industrial estate’s 105-acre Zone 2, which features more than 950,000 sq ft of logistics space.

The park is now fully let, with the exception of only the two newly built units. Deeside 63 and 64 reached practical completion in June, providing a total of 103,000 sq ft of warehouse space.

Legat Owen and B8 Real Estate are the joint agents for Deeside Industrial Park.

Mark Diaper, director at Legat Owen, said: “Deeside Industrial Estate offers clients the space to expand without having to relocate.

“With these final two units now occupied, we expect a high level of demand for the remaining two new buildings, which offer occupiers highly efficient, modern industrial space in a well-established business location.”
