DCT Civil Engineering to reduce flood risk in West Derby

United Utilities Water has awarded a £4.2m contract to DCT Civil Engineering to design and carry out work to reduce the risk of flooding in Mab Lane, Liverpool.

The construction is in the West Derby area of Liverpool which has a junior and infant school situated on the road.

The contract is likely to be sub-contracted to third parties.

A timescale was undisclosed.
