D Morgan buys depot from TDG

Wirral-based specialist ground remediation, demolition and recycling contractor D Morgan has paid an undisclosed sum to buy the former TDG distribution depot in Alltami, Flintshire.
The site covers 11 acres and has 70,000 sq ft of premises. Stephen Wade, a Director of Legat Owen, advising the vendor, said: "We are delighted to have concluded a sale of the Alltami depot which we only took to the market in March this year."
Legat Owen were instructed by Celtic Asset Management, which in turn is providing strategic asset management advice to TDG across the UK and Europe.
