Cook joins LSH after CBRE departure
Jonathan Cook has moved to Lambert Smith Hampton’s Manchester office agency team as a director.
Cook joins LSH having left CBRE in January after a nine-year stint with the firm that began as a graduate.
“I am excited to have been invited to join the firm’s growing transactional team in Manchester,” he said.
“With young, dynamic and highly motivated teams throughout LSH’s Manchester office, I’m extremely excited by the prospect of providing a market-leading service to our fantastic clients and can’t wait to start working with our wider regional colleagues and national transactional teams too.”
During his career, Cook has worked on various large office deals and with a host of well-known landlords and occupiers.
These include Boultbee Brooks, M&G, Aviva, Credit Suisse, Peel, Bruntwood, ASK, Property Alliance Group, and NFU Mutual.
At LSH, Cook will work alongside fellow director Adam Robson. The firm’s Manchester office lead described the hire as a “major coup”.
“Jonathan is a key hire for us and represents a major coup for our existing agency offering in the North West,” said Christiaan Flatley.
“With a growing pipeline of instructions from both landlord and occupier clients, we are adding vital strength in depth to our agency capabilities”.
