Capital Properties names FM head

The property management firm has appointed Liz Foster as facilities management director based in its Manchester office.

Foster joined from Interserve where she was interim regional director managing the BBC buildings at MediaCity in Salford. Previous companies include GlaxoWellcome, Vodafone, and PwC.

She will head up Capital Properties' facilities management team, with a focus on increasing the efficiencies of facilities management systems, procedures and analytics for clients.

Mark Burgess, managing director of Capital Properties, said: "While we are working to develop all areas of the business, we understand that facilities management is part of our bread and butter and it's extremely important for us to have a dedicated, structured team in place."

Clients include Stanhope, Allied London, Aerium, and Tristan Capital.
