Brightelm Properties buys Chorley industrial units

Allied Land has sold two industrial units to Preston-based Brightelm Properties at Woodside Trading Estate in Chorley.

Brightelm Properties bought units 5 and 7, both 1,300 sq ft, for an undisclosed sum in September.

Robert Pinkus & Co represented the vendor.
