Battery supplier buys Kilmartin warehouse

Kilmartin has sold a 7,185 sq ft warehouse at Hyde Point in East Manchester to Manbat, an importer, stockist and distributor of batteries.

Manbat exercised its right to purchase unit 1 at the scheme off Dunkirk Lane in Hyde after taking a 15-year lease on the warehouse in September, paying £6.75 p/sq ft with the option to buy within the first 12 months.

Three units, ranging from 13,715 sq ft to 4,807 sq ft, remain at the speculatively developed scheme near the M67.
