Arley’s quick start in Lancashire
Warrington-based housebuilder Arley Homes said it was encouraged by securing seven off-plan sales ahead of the show home launch of its latest development, The Meadows in Coppull, Chorley.
Arley began marketing The Meadows in April while the Coppull site was still under construction, from its Churchfields development in Bolton. Arley said a record number of visitors registered their interest in The Meadows through the Arley Homes website despite there being no show home.
The buyers include local families and one couple relocating to the area from Scotland. The sale of these first seven homes includes properties which were due to become the show homes. This meant the official launch, originally planned for June, took place over the weekend 3 and 4 July.
John Cosgrave, founder and managing director of Arley, said: "We are very pleased that yet another Arley development is so eagerly awaited, proving once again that buyers appreciate the design quality and attention to detail we are so rightly proud of. Off-plan sales are often a marker for the future success of a development and I'm glad we've got off to such a great start with The Meadows.
"Until now we have been showing visitors around the recently completed, Churchfields in Harwood which has allowed us to demonstrate the exceptional level of quality that can be expected from one of our properties. Now we're really looking forward to welcoming visitors to The Meadows itself to view a selection of these stunning new homes."
The Meadows will comprise 29 three- and four-bedroom family homes in 10 different house types with prices starting from £182,950.
