Altrincham office filling up

Regional Property Solutions has reported a hat-trick of small lettings at 16 Kingsway, Altrincham.

Astral, contract engineers, has taken 290 sq ft; Michelle Derbyshire, an interior designer, 175 sq ft; and Workshop Marketing will move into a suite of 140 sq ft. All the leases are for one year on all-inclusive rents at £29/sq ft.

Daniel Lee of Regional Property Solutions acted for the landlord Eighteen Fifty Investment Group. Lee said: "We are finding that in this uncertain economic climate that all inclusive rents are proving very popular as they give a fixed monthly outgoing."

Regional Property Solutions acquired 16 Kingsway for Eighteen Fifty Investment Group last year. Since then it has been completely transformed.
