Agility takes space at Hurricane Court
Agility Chemical Logistics has taken 10,070 sq ft of office space at Gladman's Hurricane Court in Liverpool on a 10-year lease.
Agility will relocate from its current location at Urban Splash's Match Works in Speke to join occupiers at Hurricane Court which include Eden Biodesign, Brainboxes, Forster Dean and Wrightsure Insurance Services.
Quoting rents in the building are £11.50/sq ft.
Liz Preston, regional director of Agility Chemical Logistics in Europe, said: "The facilities offered at Hurricane Court, supported by a bespoke fit-out will provide a superb, modern, comfortable working environment for our long serving dedicated staff."
Neil Kirkham, associate director of joint letting-agents CBRE, said: "There has been a real flurry of activity at Hurricane Court over the last couple of months. This latest letting follows hot on the heels of four other deals that have recently concluded, including a 25,877 sq ft letting to Communisis, another letting of 1,150 sq ft to Andromeda Engineering Ltd and the sale of two units of 2,250 sq ft and 5,000 sq ft to G&G joinery and Forwessun Trading Systems respectively."
CBRE and Hitchock Wright & Partners are the joint letting agents for Gladman. Keppie Massie acted on behalf of Agility Chemical Logistics.
