A North West guide to LREF 2023

Representatives from Manchester and Liverpool will be heading down to the Barbican Centre on 27 September for the London Real Estate Forum. The event brings together investors, developers, and local authorities to spotlight the property market in the UK.

Attendees will see figures from Manchester City Council, Liverpool City Council, and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority at various talks throughout the day. There are also two sessions that highlight each city region.

The first is at 2:30pm and spotlights Greater Manchester. “A New Generation of Confidence” will delve into what GM’s devolution deal means, as well as the city region’s broader goals regarding sustainability and innovation. Manchester City Council Leader Cllr Bev Craig will be speaking, joined by Civic Engineers chief executive Stephen O’Malley and Morgan Sindall Construction North West managing director Simon Arnott.
