Around 200 guests gathered at Hotel Voco last week for the inaugural Place North West Property Lunch and were treated to a lively and candid panel session reflecting on the first half of 2025 and looking ahead to the next six months.
Glenbrook director Guy Butler, GMCA chief executive Caroline Simpson, and CBRE executive director Alistair Chapman shared their views on how the Labour government has performed 12 months on from being voted in, what the rise of Reform could mean for the property and development sector, and where the most investible locations are outside of Manchester.
This event was sponsored by Placefirst, JMW, Onward Homes, and Lifetime Financial Management.
