Real Estate buys in Bowdon

Real Estate Investment Partnerships and Hardy Mill Properties LLP have completed the purchase of Hollycroft on the corner of South Downs Road and Langham Road, Bowdon, Trafford.

The site is currently home to a five-bedroom bungalow property built in the 1980s. Continuing the work Real Estate is doing in the Bowdon area, it is now looking to work up a planning application for a residential scheme on the site which will  be submitted by the end of the year.

“We are currently working on Highbank on Green Walk, Bowdon. This is the site of the old Transform Clinic and Alexandra House on Ashley Road in Altrincham. Real Estate Investments are actively seeking similar opportunities in the area.”
