Orbit secures Adactus at Parkway

Orbit Developments has signed Adactus Housing for 3,100 sq ft at the Parkway 5 building in its Parkway Business Centre in Manchester.
The housing group will pay £15.50/sq ft for ten years with a five-year break option and an initial six-month rent-free period.
Parkway Business Centre is situated on the Princess Parkway arterial route into the city and Parkway 5 is the final building in the scheme.
DTZ and GVA Grimley advised Orbit; Adactus acted for themselves.
