Warrant House fully let

The final suite of offices at the three-storey 10,000 sq ft former police station on High Street, Altrincham, has been let to Code Resources.

The specialist energy and engineering recruitment company has taken 920 sq ft on a five-year lease at a rent of £14/sq ft. The company is relocating from Parkway Business Centre, Manchester.

Steve Evans, director of Code Resources, said: "We wanted to base ourselves in a town centre location to be closer to everyday amenities, whether for groceries, a good work out at the gym or some retail therapy.

"Altrincham not only ticks all those boxes but has excellent transport links with the Metro and motorway network. It has also given us the opportunity to expand our offices to accommodate future growth."

Regional Property Solutions and Canning O'Neill acted for landlord Grange Thorpe Properties. The tenant was unrepresented.
