Galliford Try launches North West division
Regeneration company Galliford Try Partnerships has relocated 25 members of staff to Rutherford House in Birchwood Park as part of the establishment of a specialist North West division.
Galliford Try markets its properties under the Linden Homes North West banner. It has moved the North West team from Galliford Try’s Crab Lane offices as it continues to develop a regional expansion programme.
The North West division has grown rapidly over the last few months after recruiting 20 new members of staff from across all areas of the business, a plan which the company said it anticipates will continue in the coming months.
Galliford Try is currently building 500 homes under the Linden Homes brand for sale and rent in Brunswick, Manchester as part of a £100m PFI regeneration programme.
The project combines the construction of new homes with the refurbishment of existing council homes, new sheltered accommodation and a retail area which will provide shops and amenities, as well as a neighbourhood office.
Brendan Blythe, regional director for Galliford Try Partnerships North West, said: “This is an exciting time for Galliford Try Partnerships and the Linden Homes brand as we continue to grow within the region. Relocating to a dedicated office has always been an essential part of our plans for the future as we continue to increase the number of new sites throughout the North West and the number of employees within the division.”
Rutherford House is owned by Pin Property.
