Winckworth Sherwood appoints associate

The national law firm has expanded its Manchester real estate team with the appointment of Laura Stephens as an associate.

Stephens joined from her role as an associate at Eversheds Sutherland, and prior to that was a solicitor at Howard Kennedy.

She specialises in residential development sales, where she works on behalf of private developers and registered providers.

According to Winckworth Sherwood, this appointment will strengthen the firm’s presence in the North West as well as support the real estate team in London.
