Williams leaves Knight Frank for CBRE

CB Richard Ellis has hired Peter Williams from rival Knight Frank as associate director for property asset management in its Manchester office.

Williams brings with him clients including Ask, the Cringle Corporation and Holaw (Ashton).

Christine Hanson, managing director for the North West at CBRE, said: "As current economic conditions push effective asset management up the agenda of many investors, we are seeing increased demand for our services in the North West. Key hires such as Peter will ensure that CBRE retains a pre-eminent position in this sector."
