Welcome to Motion CGI

K2 Architects in Liverpool has launched a separate company offering computer generated imagery services to architects, developers and contractors.

Adam Morgan, creative director of Motion CGI, is an architectural assistant with seven years' experience in 3D design. He said: "At Motion CGI our industry-targeted service is designed to provide construction clients with impressive 3D illustrations.

"Nothing conveys the design concept to the client quite like an interactive 3D visualisation. As architects trained in CGI, we understand what the client is looking for and have the ability to deliver it. This enables us to provide the complete creative imaging service to the construction sector to help companies win work."

Motion CGI is already working with Mersey Rail, BDP, Styles & Wood, Liverpool ONE and Grosvenor.

Motion CGI joint managing director Kevin Horton said: "At Motion CGI we are passionate about projects that shape the built environment. Our comprehensive service assesses all aspects of the build and design right through to the delivery of photo realistic 3D CGI video modelling. We are already working with some excellent clients on exciting projects and look forward to collaborating further with construction industry creatives to bring their visions to life."

CGi within the built environment is an essential tool and give all kinds of property professionals a chance to see a visual which is virtual and allows for the market to see an end product via graphic technology. I’ve seen examples of Motion CGI’s work and they understand clients needs for being visionary yet realistic. Well done on driving this additional function to K2 Architects forward.
