urbanbubble adds to finance team
Residential property management company urbanbubble has added two new members to its finance department in Manchester.
Tom Hartley joins as management accountant and Leanne Taylor takes on the service charge accountant role.
Taylor joins from Braemar Estates where she spent four years. She previously worked for Bruntwood.
She is Association of Accounting Technicians qualified to technician level, and is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. She will be working specifically on the service charge accounting for the residential buildings urbanbubble manages.
Hartley, who was previously company accountant at his family's children's day nursery business, is Chartered Institute of Management Accountants part-qualified and has a degree in accounting and finance from Salford University.
Nicky McCann, finance manager, urbanbubble, said: "Having Tom and Leanne join us will add strength and experience to our great team. Tom's level of knowledge in management accounting will be a huge asset to urbanbubble's growth and direction whereas Leanne's experience in service charge accounting will bring welcomed support in the property finances, reporting and controls. The finance team are really excited about our new additions."
urbanbubble was set up in 2008 by Michael Howard. Based in Manchester's Northern Quarter, urbanbubble employs 49 people. The company provides a range of services to developers, landlords and residents, with the principle aim of ensuring residential developments are managed and maintained to the highest standards.
