Two take four at Meridian Business Park
Property developer and investment company Prospect GB has let four units at its office development Meridian Business Park in Hunts Cross, Merseyside.
Neil Waddington, Prospect's managing director, said: "Children's nursery, Kiddy Academy, has taken three units totalling 4,150 sq ft on a ten year lease with the aim to be open for business at Christmas and this will add a unique quality to Meridian's attractions to the tenant market."
The nursery opened its first unit in Old Swan in 2008, gaining Ofsted approval for the daycare of 60 children from birth to five years.
Rita Purcell, Kiddy Academy partner, added: "Meridian is the ideal location for us because it is situated within an expanding business area and close to a growing residential community."
Relocating from an office at Urban Splash's Vanilla Factory in Liverpool city centre, business consultancy Chartwell PM has taken a fourth unit at 1,380 sq ft and will shortly occupy its own two storey office building at Meridian, joining other professional services tenants such as Gilligan Legal Costs Management and contract cleaning services provider Minster Cleaning Services.
There are still 16 units from 1,400 sq ft up to 2,800 sq ft on offer at Meridian Business Park which are available on a freehold or leasehold basis.
Hitchcock Wright and Keppie Massie are joint agents on the business park. Rees Straw manage the marketing of the scheme for Prospect GB.
Prospect GB did not disclose the rent agreed.
