Two new faces at Tim Groom Architects

The Manchester-based firm has announced two appointments to its team, with Suliman Alla joining as architect and Tomislav Vuletic as architectural assistant.

Alla joins Tim Groom from a four-year stint at SimpsonHaugh & Partners, where he worked on projects including the refurbishment of Manchester Central Library and Town Hall Extension, the Verde student housing project and First Street.

Vuletic brings seven years’ postgraduate experience having worked for Basset Lobaza Architects in his native Australia before moving to the UK in 2016.

Managing director Tim Groom said: “Suliman and Tomislav both have invaluable experience and talent, and I look forward to working with them on our growing portfolio of projects.”

The practice is based in Knott Mill. It has recently received approval for a 200-apartment development in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle for Iliad and is on site with Mulbury City’s PRS project in Port Street, Manchester.
