Two hires at WT Gunson

The commercial property consultant has added two staff to its Manchester office with hires from Scanlans and PR Gibbs.

David West has joined the company as an associate partner and head of the valuation department, having previously headed up the Leeds office of Scanlans Property Management. Prior to this, he was a surveyor at Paramount for around three years.

Billy Morris has also joined after five years with PR Gibbs in Bolton. In his new role, he will support WT Gunson’s agency and property management departments.

WT Gunson’s head of agency Neale Sayle said: “We are in an excellent position for growth being a well-established Manchester brand. On the back of a strong agency department which is regularly disposing multi-million-pound assets, the other departments in the firm are following suit.

“We are also pushing investment acquisition which is assisting the growth of our property management department through being retained to asset manage properties on behalf of existing clients and new clients.”
