Triple letting at Liverpool Science Park

Three businesses have signed up as tenants at Liverpool Science Park's £8m third building at Mount Pleasant.
ASep Healthcare and Bartle Read have taken office space, while Contract Analytical Laboratories will be moving from its existing premises at MerseyBio into laboratory space.
The three businesses join Ryder Architecture and Karm Research Group at the 40,000 sq ft facility off Mount Pleasant. Ryder designed the scheme.
Chris Musson, chief executive of Liverpool Science Park, said: "We're very pleased to welcome these three businesses to the science park and each brings a quality, unique service which further enhances the vibrant community of knowledge-based companies based here."
