Trinity signs first tenant at new Trafford industrial park

Mechanical seal manufacturer John Crane UK has signed up at Trinity Developments' Trinity Business Park in Trafford Park.
John Crane UK will occupy a 7,246 sq ft unit having agreed a rental level of £6.50/sq ft for five years with no rent-free period. Trinity Business Park is situated on Nash Road. Phase one of the scheme was completed in spring 2009 and comprises two self-contained units.
Tristan Wooller of sole letting agent Cushman & Wakefield, commented: "Trinity Developments is also able to accommodate design and build opportunities on the remaining 1.7-acre site."
