Team a go-go moves into Merepark office

Merepark has let the top floor office at Link 19 on Bold Street, Liverpool to interior design specialist Team a go-go.

Team a go-go has signed a 10-lease for 8,865 sq ft at the building, on the edge of Merepark's proposed Central Village scheme.

Clients of Team a go-go include Liverpool John Moores University and Plus Dane Housing as well as construction consortia throughout the UK working on the Building Schools for the Future programme.

Mark Worthington, director of office agency at CB Richard Ellis North West, commented: "In this difficult market, Link 19 has proved particularly successful which I think is testament to the product Merepark has created that is both contemporary and unique; ideally suited to the creative industries in the area."

CBRE has let a total of 13,000 sq ft at the building during the last six months, with the Team a-go-go letting following closely behind a 5,000 sq ft letting to ESG.

Kate Stewart, managing director of Team a go-go, said: "The top floor of Link 19 is ideal for Team a go-go and we worked closely with Merepark to specify the internal finishes to suit our unique requirements in establishing one of the largest contract interior showrooms in the north west. Team a go-go has grown rapidly over the last 3 years; our move to Link 19 supports the continued expansion of our team and investment in Liverpool as our base and closely follows the opening of our London Studio."

DTZ was joint letting agent.
