Taylor Woodrow ex-boss joins CDP

Tony Wilby, the former managing director of Taylor Woodrow, has joined CDP, the development arm of Marshalls Group.

Wilby, who previously headed up Taylor Woodrow's property company and acted as operations director for the housing division, will spend at least three days a week visiting and advising on potential sites in Liverpool and Manchester in his new role as development consultant.

CDP's previous developments include Kings Business Park in Prescot, Warrington Centre Park and Trafford Park in the North West, as well as various regeneration schemes across Merseyside.
