Sutton Kersh auction next week

Sutton Kersh will hold its latest sale on Thursday 18 July at the Marriott Hotel in Liverpool city centre.

The Merseyside auctioneer has attracted over 100 lots for the fourth sale running, with 103 this time.

Guide prices start at £5,000 for a one-bedroomed flat in Deane Road, Kensington.

The catalogue comprises a mix of residential and commercial investments including a vacant commercial grade 1-listed building in Hamilton Square which is guided at £100,000 to £110,000.

A mixed-use Victorian warehouse in Temple Street, Liverpool city centre producing £28,170 a year is guided at £250,000 upwards and a former bingo hall in Borough Road, Wallasey is guided at £90,000-plus.

Sutton Kersh is now inviting entries for its 4 September auction. The catalogue will close on 9 August.
