Sutcliffe announces trio of promotions

Civil and structural engineering consultancy Sutcliffe has promoted three staff to associate in its Liverpool office.

Simon Davis will build the surveying team, Ian Dorman will coordinate the engineering team and Alan Smith will continue to lead the firm's health and safety division.
