Stella Nova bucks market downturn

Stella Nova, the 14-storey residential tower in Bootle being built by developer Dreaming Spires, is 85% sold one year before completion.
The 142 apartments on Washington Parade range from one-bedroom units at £110,500 to penthouses priced at £149,950.
News of the sales comes as commercial agents Knight Frank and Mowbray Gill begin marketing the retail/office units in the ground floor. Up to eight units are available, though some can be combined to make a larger floorspace.
Residential sales agent is Phillips & Sons, part of the Venmore Partnership.
A new Asda superstore will open in Bootle directly behind Stella Nova in the summer.
