Splash signs two in Smithfield shops

Urban Splash has let two units at the Smithfield Buildings in the Northern Quarter, on the fringe of Manchester city centre.
Bikram Yoga, which specialises in holding yoga classes in 105-degree heat, signed for 4,850 sq ft in the basement.
Upmarket clothing chain Flannels took a 5,600 sq ft unit next to Bikram for a clearance store.
