Spinningfields office fully let
Protector Insurance has signed a 10-year lease on the remaining space within 3 Hardman Street, taking the Mapletree Investments-owned office to fully let.
The Scandinavian insurance company, which is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, is taking 9,900 sq ft on the seventh floor of the 395,000 sq ft building.
Protector is moving from New York Street to 3 Hardman Street.

Other firms at 3 Hardman Street including General Medical Council, Bank of New York, Barclays, law firm Pinsent Mason, and BDO LLP.
