Smith & Sons announces autumn lots

Property auctioneer Smith & Sons has revealed details of its autumn property catalogue, with 43 lots available including a converted water tower in Wirral.

The tower sits in private gardens in Neston, has four bedrooms and a guide price of £425,000-460,000.

Other properties on offer include refurbished flats in The Woodlands, Birkenhead and two three-bedroomed semi-detached homes in Wallasey.

A number of refurbished terraced houses in and around the Birkenhead and Wallasey areas are ready for tenant occupation, with guides ranging between £30,000-60,000.

Three properties in nine flats at 64-68 Balls Road and four flats at 70 Balls Road are also on offer.

Chris Johnson, auctioneer at Smith & Sons, commented: “The reduction in interest rates has undoubtedly generated increased interest in the property market with buyers keen to take the opportunity to invest. Combined with such strong yields on many investment properties, now is undoubtedly a fantastic time to buy.”

The auction is due to be held at 2pm on 21 September at the Village Hotel in Bromborough.
