Sheila Bird appointed to 40 Spring Gardens
Climate Change Capital has hired the Sheila Bird Group interior design agency to "reinvigorate" Manchester's 40 Spring Gardens as part of a marketing drive.
Esme Lowe, co-founder of Climate Change Capital, said the appointment reflects corporate occupiers' appetite for "interesting and collaborative" spaces.
"We are confident that these works will enrich 40 Spring Garden's unrivalled Grade A accommodation and look forward to announcing new letting deals shortly," she added.
Existing tenants at 40 Spring Gardens include Lloyds Banking Group, Premier Foods, Hervia Bazaar and Royal Bank of Scotland. The fourth floor of the building, comprising 11,995 sq ft, is unoccupied.
Joint agents at the building are CBRE, Knight Frank and WHR.
Atul Bansal, co-founder of the Sheila Bird Group, Manchester, said: "40 Spring Gardens is one of Manchester's finest office buildings, offering some of the most interesting Grade A space in the city.
"We are reinvigorating the building and installing a number of spaces that will help occupiers to really understand the opportunity that this building can offer their business."
