Seven deals at refurbed St James
The St James Business Centre, revamped by its joint venture owners Langtree and Warrington Council, has confirmed seven new lettings.
The SME-focused operation at Wilderspool Causewaym woned by the Wire Regeneration joint venture, has undergone a programme of refurbishment including office suites, common areas, parking and signage, helping to attract new occupiers in sectors including education, finance, energy, recruitment, interior design and healthcare. The deals represent around 3,000 sq ft at the 80,000 sq ft centre.
Jayne Furnival, group property director at Langtree, said: “The market remains robust and Warrington’s SMEs continue to show an appetite for growth and investment. All were looking for a well-managed, flexible space with the convenience of on-site parking and St James Business Centre meets their needs perfectly. Tenants can scale up easily here.”
Ged O’Neill Bell, director at Teachers Financial Planning, said: “We wanted a flexible lease in a place with a buzz that we can feed off. Being surrounded by other ambitious firms pushing hard to shake up their markets was a key consideration.”
The spate of deals also includes lettings to Standing Space, I Am Productions Group, Greencrest Energy Solutions, In-house Vision Services, Pertemps Professional Recruitment and Excell Supply.
